En este libro de artista intento establecer puentes entre dos países de continentes diferentes, entre dos pueblos rurales, en fin entre memoria e imagen.
Es a través de un filtro imaginario de color rosado que recuerdo aquellos lugares de Marnay sur Seine que quedaron grabados en mi memoria.
«Ce qui me touche le coeur se grave dans la mémoire», decía Voltaire.
El color de las flores que junte en el Jardín Botánico del lugar evocan con nostalgia la tranquilidad y belleza de este pueblo mágico lleno de encanto y misterio que permanece detenido en un tiempo lejano.
Recorriendo caminos rurales descubro que el nexo soy yo misma,
El camino a Vagues, es el camino que recorro diariamente a pie, desde el pueblo donde vivo, hasta un pequeño paraje rural, que se encuentra a 10 km a la vera de las vías del tren.
Este recorrido me permite entrar en contacto con la naturaleza, dejarme sorprender por el canto de los pájaros, el perfume de las flores, la frescura del rocío matinal.
Paso a paso observo, respiro hondo y, voy recolectando, fotografiando, aprendiendo, conociendo, atesorando.
Pero también y sobretodo es un viaje a mi interior profundo, buscando mi razón de ser en comunión con el entorno, así entonces me sumerjo en el mar de mis pensamientos primeros.
En el libro se mezclan estos dos mundos, el rosado del recuerdo y el cyan del presente.
Finalmente, descubro que es un camino sin fronteras, sin tiempos, que sea acá o allá, Marnay o Vagues, ayer u hoy, hago camino al andar.
El camino es siempre el mismo, el camino soy yo.

In this artist book I try to stablish bridges between two countries of different continents, between two rural towns, finally between memory and image.
It is through a pink imaginary filter that I remember those places from Marnay sur Seine that were etched in my memory.

The colour of the flowers that I gather at the Botanical Garden of the place, evoke with nostalgia the tranquility and beauty of this magic town full of charm and mistery that remains in detention in a distant time.
Walking rural roads I discover that the union nexus I am myself.
The road to Vagues, is the road I daily walk from the town where I live to a small rural setting that is 10 km from home to the side of the train tracks.
This tour allows me to get in touch with nature, let me be surprised by the song of birds, the perfume of flowers, the freshness of morning dew.
Step by step I observe, deeply breathing, and gathering, taking pictures, learning, knowing, treasuring.
But also and especially it´s a trip to my deep interior, looking for my reason of being in communion with the surrounding, well then I dive into the sea of my first thoughts.
In this book these two worlds are mixed, the pink of memories and the cyan of present.
At the end I discovered that it is a road without frontiers, without time, be here or there, Marnay or Vagues, yesterday or today, I walk my way.
The road is always the same, the road is me.
